"New England Well and Pump installed a water tank, acid neutralizer and water softener for me. Scott (owner) was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and his resume speaks for itself. Scott was quick to respond at all points of the project from when he gave me the quote to questions post install. His team was excellent during the install and the lead tech, Anthony, took the time to help me understand the system. Scott even sent his team back the following day for an adjustment which was not necessary but would help optimize my water system. All of this work was done at a very fair price (significantly cheaper then the quote I received). I would highly recommend using New England Well and Pump."

"New England Well and Pump is a five star business. We lost our wash well after a power outage on 8/19/2023. I contacted Scott shortly thereafter and his company responded immediately and determined that the well was no longer functional. A decision was made to drill an artisan well and we were without water for 2 1/2 weeks. Scott kept pressing the driller throughout that time we were down and kept us abreast of his ongoing efforts. Finally on Tuesday, 9/5/2023 the driller arrived and within 2 days we had water. Scott and his team hooked the house up on a house and we were elated. I drilled wells for several years and thank Scott and his staff for exemplary service they rendered."

"Scott called back right away and sent Anthony in quickly to fix my well mate.
He also listened to my issues and provided some estimates to fix the problems with my water system.
It is over a year later and he is still super responsive. He sent someone over within a few hours to fix a leak I had due to a bad gauge and some rusted pipes. Friendly team that knows what they are doing."

"When our water pressure tank sprang a leak, I called New England Well and left a message explaining my situation. Scott called me back within 5 minutes and explained what I needed to do and that he would be at my house in 2 hours. Scott showed up and replaced the tank that afternoon. "Scott was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and prepared. My pump had a leak near the base and it was a Saturday evening. After calling several local plumbers, I realized this was not something that a plumber was equipped to deal with. One of the plumbers mentioned Scott, said he's the best in the business, so I called him and sent him photos of the leak. He understood the problem and when he arrived he had the right tools, replacement parts and fixed the problem. What more does anyone want when dealing with a water emergency leak in your basement?? Nothing. I highly recommend Scott."

"Our well pump was intermittently turning off and on. We called Scott who walked us through options on the phone and eventually had to come out to solve the problem. It was the weekend, his response was fast and we were able to get things up and going quickly. He was great in his explanations of our system and really helped us learn more about our well in the process of fixing our problem.

"Scott (the owner) is wonderful to work with! He was easy to reach and scheduled a time to come out to my house right away. He is incredibly knowledgable and takes the time to explain and walk you through everything he's doing. I'm a first time home buyer and this is the first house I've lived in with a well. "Scott came out and gave us a full explanation to us, telling us our check valve in the well had gone and was causing our issues. Letting us know his guys would come out first thing in the morning the next day and get everything taken care of. Anthony and Lucas arrived first thing in the morning and found our original pump also needed to be replaced. Prompt, professional, and skilled and will be continuing to use them for anything my well needs."

"Called 5:30 on a Friday evening as our well pump failed. He returned my call within a half hour. After talking he came out next morning (Saturday). Pump, reviewed system and charged a more than fair price. I would not hesitate to use him if you have any well/water issues.
Reliable service companies are hard to come by."
